Flaming Pig is inspired by the great whiskey fire of 1875 when 5000 barrels of whiskey and spices ignited and flowed onto the streets of Dublin Flaming Pig is an all natural blend of whiskey, whole cinnamon, black pepper corns and cloves. The infusion process takes place in two stages over 7 days in order to reach a perfect balance of heat and smooth spice. Nose – smooth, spiced notes balanced with Irish whiskey. Taste – cinnamon, clove and pepper heat .
