70cl / 43% / Distillery Bottling – The ongoing release of single pot still Irish whiskey from Drumshanbo distillery, made with a combination of unmalted Irish barley and Irish Banna oats. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and ex-oloroso sherry casks, it offers aromas of vanilla, dried fruit, sweet spices and white pepper on the nose, complemented on the palate by notes of toasted oak, green apples, figs and sherry.
