75cl / 50.5% – A 2002 Eagle Rare bourbon from Buffalo Trace distillery, bottled in 2019. Aromas of toffee, orange peel, garden herbs, honey and leather fill the nose, complemented by notes of candied almonds and rich cocoa on the palate.
