70cl / 60.9% / Distillery Bottling – This limited-edition single malt from Lindores Abbey distillery in Fife is dedicated to the legacy of Friar John Cor – the Father of Scotch Whisky. Bottled at natural cask strength and presented in a black bottle inspired by the cloth tunics worn by Lindores monks in the late 1400s, Chapter Two was aged in a combination of bourbon, STR and peated rum barrels.
