70cl / 43% – A light, floral and elegant single grain whiskey from innovative Irish producer Two Stacks, matured in a combination of oloroso sherry and American oak barrels. Offering aromas of baked pear, almond, orange and citrus on the nose, the palate draws flavours from the sherry casks, resulting in notes of dried fruits mixed with rich vanilla in the finish.
