Waterford Ballykilcavan 1.1 Irish Single Malt Whisky

70cl / 50% – One of two inaugural releases from Waterford in Ireland, a distillery dedicated to showcasing the character that different farms and their terroir can give to whisky. Ballykilcavan farm is in the middle of a wood, with rich soil and protection for wind perfect for growing barley. The resulting whisky is punchy and sweet, run through with fruit and spicy grain.
