70cl / 46% – A rich, nutty American single malt from Westward distillery that is a celebration of Oregon’s legendary brewing culture. Making use of its long-standing tradition of cask-trading with local breweries, Westward has finished this whiskey for a year in ex-stout casks, creating aromas of ripe plums, dark roasted malt, coffee and creamy cereals that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of pecans, milk chocolate, walnuts, hazelnuts, dried figs and vanilla that linger in the finish.
