75cl / 50% – A single barrel bourbon from Wilderness Trail, made with a high wheat mash bill and matured in virgin oak casks for at least five years, before being bottled in bond. The palate offers notes of buttery popcorn, toffee, caramel, cinnamon French toast and a hint of salt.
