70cl / 48.5% / Distillery Bottling – A 2005 Balblair single malt, matured in a single cask and bottled in 2021 exclusively for The Whisky Exchange. Aromas of ripe pears, green apples and sweet camomile fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeydew melons, lemon bon-bons, Pink Lady apples and vanilla throughout the palate, with hints of grapefruit lingering in the finish.
