Dalmore 40 Year Old / Bot.2017 Release Highland Whisky

70cl / 42% / Distillery Bottling – The 2017 release of Dalmore 40 Year Old was aged in bourbon casks for around 30 years, then aged in oloroso-sherry butts for a further seven before being finished in first-fill bourbon barrels. The result is a whisky with notes of gingerbread, maple syrup, honey and brioche.
