Isle of Raasay R-02 Single Malt Sample / First Release Island Whisky

3cl / 46.4% / The Perfect Measure – A 3cl Perfect Measure sample of R-02, a lightly peated single malt from Isle of Raasay distillery. This vatting of peated and unpeated whisky has been matured in first-fill ex-rye whiskey casks virgin Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux wine casks. The result is a fruity dram with lots of dark berries, earthy smoke, subtle sea salt and juicy plums.
