70cl / 55.6% / Signatory – A 2005-vintage Secret Orkney single malt from bottler Signatory Vintage that was made at a mystery distillery on the island and matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt for 17 years, before being bottled in January 2023 as part of its Cask Strength Collection.
