70cl / 45.8% / Distillery Bottling – A 2011 Talisker Distillers Edition single malt that was finished in Amoroso sherry cask before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of sultanas, rich malt and peppery oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of cocoa, crisp peat, savoury malt, juicy plums and cracked black pepper throughout the palate.
