Auchentoshan 1998 / 23 Year Old / AD Rattray Lowland Whisky

70cl / 56.1% / Dewar Rattray – A 1998 Auchentoshan single malt from independent bottler AD Rattray that was matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel for 23 years, before being bottled in July 2021 as part of its Cask Collection. Aromas of dark chocolate, caramelised banana and toasted oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of walnut, coffee ganache, candied orange peel, elderflower, lime and hazelnut butter throughout the palate.
