3cl / 60.7% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a 2006 Glenallachie single malt from the distillery’s fifth batch in its Single Cask series that has been matured in a single tawny port pipe for 15 years, before being bottled in August 2021. Aromas of honey, dark chocolate, dark berries, sweet spices, treacle and grape must fill the nose, complemented by notes of blackberries, heather honey, cinnamon, mocha, dried fruit and vanilla pods throughout the palate.
