3cl / 58% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a 2009 Glenallachie single malt from the distillery’s fifth release in its Single Cask series, matured in a single Marsala barrel for 12 years, before being bottled in May 2021. Aromas of butterscotch, heather honey, toffee, tropical fruits and sultanas fill the nose and are echoed throughout the palate.
